MACHINA

Not as vendors,
like a machine in-house.

Machina builds web agents that log into your systems and finish the repetitive work — data pulls, monitoring, filings, reports — while your people do the thinking. One machine, accountable for every outcome, run by the engineer who built it.

AI-nativeAgents with constraints and receipts, not chatboxes bolted onto dashboards.
One machineA single accountable system, run and hardened by the people who build it.
Fixed scopeTwo weeks, a price, a working demo. No retainer maze.
Your railsYour browser, your accounts, your infrastructure. Nothing leaves it.

SIH2026 browser agent — ISRO task PS171

A Chrome-extension agent that logs into live web apps, reads pages the way a person does, and completes multi-step tasks unattended. Built for India's Smart India Hackathon under ISRO, hardened beyond the deadline.

The 48-hour ad pipeline

A browser-automation stack that researches a product, writes the script, records the walkthrough, and ships a narrated ad video — the same pipeline that produced the Machina demo video in under two days.

The PII firewall

Context-aware filtering that keeps sensitive data — names, numbers, credentials — out of model context entirely. The false-positive rate went from 722 to about 15 across the full E2E suite without losing true detections.

How it works

From brief to running in three moves

I.

You describe the job

"Every morning, pull yesterday's numbers from X and file them in Y." One paragraph is enough — we know what our agents can and can't do.

SCOPE LOCKED · 34%
II.

The machine learns the site

It maps the flow once, shows you exactly what it will touch, and waits for the go. Credentials stay on your machine the whole time.

FLOWS MAPPED · 67%
III.

It runs, you review

Unattended runs with a log of every action. Receipts, not promises — and when something's genuinely ambiguous, it stops and asks you.

RUNNING · 100%

BEAT 01 · WATCH IT WORK - LOGIN, PULL, SUBMIT, MONITOR. BUILT IN-BROWSER, NOTHING RECORDED

What it does

The repetitive 80%

Logs in

Credentials stay on your machine. The agent handles 2FA, session expiry, and the UI quirks you'd rather not touch.

Navigates

It reads a page the way you do — buttons, tables, menus — not by brittle selectors that die on redesign.

Completes

Runs the job end to end and hands you receipts: what happened, where, and a log of every action.

Reports

Monitoring, pulls, and filings that used to cost an hour a day, delivered as a file or a row in your sheet.

BEAT 02 · THE RECEIPTS - RAW IN, REDACTED OUT. ZERO PII CROSSES THE LINE

The math

Do the hours, not the pitch

Pick the job a human does by hand today, set the hours a week it eats, and see what the machine hands back. No retainer, no meter — a fixed price and a working demo in two weeks.

Estimates, not quotes — the real scope locks in one call (step I). The machine does the repetitive 80%; judgment calls stay with you.

The mark

Three parts. One machine.

01

The ring

Two arcs, one break, one dot. The frame that says the machine is open — not sealed shut.

The goddess — the human in the loop. She floats; she's the only organic curve in the system.

The operator

Human in the loop.
Machine in the seat.

Machina is built and run by one engineer — Yash, co-founder of a stealth SaaS, who led optimization and testing on the ISRO Smart India Hackathon browser-agent and published an Indian patent on secure mobile examination systems.

The agency model is honest: a small system of agents doing the grunt work of building, testing, and shipping, with a human accountable for every outcome. No 40-person agency overhead — that's the price.

  • Co-founder of a stealth SaaS platform (full-stack + AI/ML lead)
  • Published Indian patent — secure mobile examination system (App. 202611041006)
  • ISRO Smart India Hackathon — optimization & testing lead, browser-agent team
  • Gurtai: Gemini-powered Telegram bot with a plugin architecture
  • RiceScan: EfficientNetV2 crop-disease detection for agriculture

FAQ

Asked before, answered

How fast is the first agent running?

A brief turns into a working agent in roughly two weeks. That's the standing offer: fixed price, working demo at week two, not a slide deck.

Where does it run?

Wherever you want: a local machine, your server, or a free-tier cloud box. Data and credentials don't have to leave your infrastructure.

What can't it do?

Anything that needs a human judgment call, legal sign-off, or a handshake. The agent does the repetitive 80% and hands the decisions to you with context.

Is this just a chatbot wrapper?

No. It's a browser agent — it acts inside real web applications with real accounts, under constraints (what it may touch, what it may see, when to stop), verified by automated tests before it ships.

Why 'Machina'?

Machina is the Latin root of 'machine'. The mark is a goddess seal — Hermes built the first machines, we build the delegation layer. One machine, your work finished.

Put a machine on the boring stuff

Fixed scope. Two weeks. Working demo.
